OFA Tradecraft provides trading education, proprietary software tools, and machine learning data services for the futures markets. Our Services include:

  • Software: Proprietary NinjaTrader indicators, analytics tools, and trading software
  • ML Data: Machine learning-generated market analysis and data feeds

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for our Services are listed on our website and are subject to change
  • All payments are processed through our payment processor (Kartra) and are in US dollars
  • Payment plans must be completed in full; failure to complete payments may result in loss of access
  • Continuity subscriptions (software and data access) will automatically renew unless cancelled

5. Refund Policy

Refund terms and conditions are communicated at the time of purchase and during the training program. Please review the specific refund policy presented at checkout before completing your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, data, methodologies, training materials, logos, and trademarks associated with OFA Tradecraft are our exclusive property or the property of our licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or login credentials
  • Record, screenshot, or redistribute training sessions, webinars, or course content
  • Use our proprietary data or ML outputs for commercial redistribution

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your login credentials with any third party
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

8. Risk Disclaimer

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • OFA Tradecraft provides education and tools — we do not provide financial advice
  • We do not guarantee any specific trading results, profits, or funded account outcomes
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses
  • Only risk capital should be used for trading — never trade with money you cannot afford to lose
  • You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions

No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed in our training materials.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our software operates on the NinjaTrader platform, and we may reference or integrate with third-party services (prop firms, data providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or performance of any third-party platform. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFA Tradecraft and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, or trading capital
  • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
  • Any errors or interruptions in our software, data feeds, or training platform

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OFA Tradecraft from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
